Alumni Association Announces New Board Leadership

The LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans School of Nursing Alumni Association announced the results of its annual board elections, welcoming new leaders who will support alumni engagement and student success.

The LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans School of Nursing Alumni Association recently held its annual elections, welcoming a slate of board members who will help guide its mission to strengthen lifelong connections among graduates, support current students, and contribute to the School of Nursing’s legacy of excellence in nursing education, leadership and service.

  • Mimi Gary, MSN, RN, CPN – Vice President
  • Adele Harrell, PhD, MSN, RN, Program Director for CARE Program (New Orleans) – Secretary
  • Colleen Story, DNP, FNP-C, MSN, RN, Instructor of Clinical Nursing – Treasurer
  • Liz Hopkins, MSN, RN – Parliamentarian
